During the festive month of December, the Croatia Yachting team seized a wonderful opportunity to unite and celebrate in the holiday spirit. Amidst the joyful occasion, the entire team took part in a traditional dinner complemented by live music, providing a well-deserved break and a chance to reconnect with colleagues after a dynamic and eventful year.
As part of the celebrations, our team dedicated time to acknowledge and reward exceptional contributions before the holidays. Prizes were given out in various departments, including Charter Bases, Accounting and Finance, Service, Booking and Sales & Marketing.
Team leaders carefully selected individuals who stood out, regardless of how long they've been a part of the CY team, to appreciate their commitment and effort. The special prize was a 1000€ voucher for a city break, allowing the winners to choose any destination they like. This effort aims to encourage progress and motivation within the team, showing our team leaders a genuine appreciation for the daily dedication and hard work of CY team members.
In an intriguing twist, the team opted for a role reversal, becoming guests for a change, aligning seamlessly with our commitment to providing excellent services to our clients. The prize not only symbolized recognition but also served as a well-deserved getaway for the winners. Each team member is an integral part of Croatia Yachting, and it's through collaborative efforts that we've earned our position as one of the leading yachting companies in Croatia.
