Europe's largest and most captivating fair, Boot Düsseldorf, held from January 20th to 28th 2024, provided an exhilarating experience, fostering a collective passion for watersports. The nine-day exhibition allowed both enthusiasts and professionals to connect, explore, and celebrate the evolving world of nautical excellence.
In the aftermath of Boot Düsseldorf 2024, the boating and water sports industry received an overwhelmingly positive verdict. With 220 thousand square meters of indoor space across 16 pavilions and 19 zones, the 2024 edition set a positive outcome. The maritime exhibitions included 1500 exhibitors from 69 countries and approximately 1100 exhibited boats and yachts.
CEO & President of Messe Düsseldorf Wolfram Diener expressed satisfaction, welcoming over 214,000 visitors from 120 countries. Boot Düsseldorf maintained its excellent international standing, increasing trade visitors and international customer representation. It remains the only water sports fair attracting attendees from all continents.
In a notable turn of events, a record number of CY team members, including representatives from marketing, booking, yacht sales, and technical departments, actively participated in this year’s event. This presented an exceptional opportunity for establishing new connections. The CY team presence at the event spanned across multiple halls, including Hall 13, where our official CY stand was, and halls 1, 4, and 15, where we navigated the displays of the Hanse group, incorporating Fjord, Sealine, and Hanse & Dehler stand. Additionally, Hanse stands were one of the highlights of the show, drawing over 10,000 visitors.
Established in 1963, the brand Dehler celebrated their 60th birthday with the slogan "60 years of Dehler" during the event. Fortunately, the celebration didn’t stop there as the Croatia Yachting team received recognition for being in the top 3 best Hanse dealerships globally.
After being honored for the best company in nautical tourism in 2023 in Croatia, this prestigious recognition resonates deeply with our core values encapsulated in the motto "Yachting at its Best." More than just a phrase, it symbolizes our commitment to delivering an unparalleled yachting experience.
