Thank you to all the participants and sponsors that joined us for the 10th Hanse Cup Adriatic in Croatia from May 6 to 10, 2023!
This year’s event featured a complete range of Hanse Yachts, from Hanse 388 to Hanse 588, divided into four divisions. Unbeatable weather, plenty of sun, and incredible wind guided sailors during the three legs of the regatta, sailing from Kaštela to Tribunj, Tribunj to Šibenik, and Šibenik to Maslinica. The best restaurants in Central and North Dalmatia were in the spotlight each evening, with local culinary specialties, DJs and live entertainment, and awards ceremonies.
The overall regatta winner was the Hanse 588 German crew Hot Stuff, while Nausica II came in second, and the Hanse 458 One Life finished in third. “The Heaviest Anchor Award” went to the Hanse 388 crew Sweet Summer, while Purple Rain won the “Baraka dinghy race,” in which crews rowed to a case of beer and won a magnum bottle from Baraka Winery!
