There is no better time to get together than the holidays, which is exactly what the Croatia Yachting team did in December to celebrate the most festive time of year. The entire Croatia Yachting team enjoyed a traditional dinner with live music, which acted as a much-needed time to relax and catch up with colleagues after one of the busiest charter seasons. 

But that’s not all our Christmas party had in store.

The best employees of the season were awarded in each department, from Bookings to Sales & Marketing, Service, Charter Bases, and Finance. The head of each department gifted a city break voucher to the team member who made the biggest leap in their career this year. The ‘Naj Kolega’ award was also handed out, carefully chosen by Croatia Yachting team members to honor their crowd favorite and the most helpful one!
